An Asthanga inspired Yoga class focusing on Vinyasa Flow & Ujjaii Breathing, Power Yoga will take you on a journey of self exploration through fun and invigorating poses and leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Power yoga as a synthesis of many different yoga traditions is another form of yoga that takes a vigorous, fitness-based approach to yoga. It is also known as dynamic yoga. The stress on fitness techniques makes Power Yoga different from other forms of yoga. Power Yoga gives more importance to strength and elasticity of the body. It is a very exercise-centered form of yoga, in that it aims to develop endurance, stamina, and strength. Power Yoga links the separate muscular and respiratory systems of the body through the movement of breath in the body. With a focus on powerful movements and quick, athletic actions, Power Yoga enforces flexibility training and strength training. Power Yoga is effective in helping students improve joints and flexibility, build muscle, and lose weight. Power Yoga can be practiced by anyone who enjoys exercising.

All Levels Yoga is a moderate yoga class suitable for most students with some yoga experience. Class begins with a short meditation, warm up, standing and seated asanas, and ending with relaxation. The instructor suggests modifications so that students may adapt the class to suit their goals and fitness level.
