Postnatal Yoga for Mom & Baby
The class is geared to accommodate babies aged four weeks to crawling.
The nice thing about a mom and baby class is that you are totally free to pick up your baby and feed her, rock her, change her diaper, or walk her around the room if she cries.
These classes help women regain strength and energy that may have been lost during pregnancy. Classes specifically focus on rebuilding strength in the abdomen, back and pelvic muscle; releasing tension in the shoulders and neck; opening the chest. Classes also address common issues and concerns that may arise in this new chapter of life.
You will also get out of the house to a nonstressful environment where you will meet other new mothers.
